1. Acceptance of Terms {#s1}

By using Doctle.in, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ProductAccel (operating as Doctle).

2. Service Description {#s2}

Doctle provides a digital clinic management platform including digital clinic profiles, live token generation, queue management, QR codes, WhatsApp/SMS reminders, and analytics.

Important: Doctle is an operational tool, not a medical records system. We don't store medical histories, diagnoses, or treatment records. Doctors remain solely responsible for all medical care.

3. Account & Eligibility {#s3}

To use Doctle, you must be 18+, a licensed medical practitioner in India or authorized to manage a clinic, and provide accurate information. You're responsible for account security and all activities under your account. One account per clinic location required.

4. Pricing {#s4}

  • Early Bird: ₹3,000/year (GST inclusive) or ₹5,400 for 2 years (₹2,700/year)
  • Regular Price: ₹3,600 + GST/year (after early bird period)
  • All plans include: Digital profile, token generation, queue management, QR code, patient notifications, analytics.
  • Early bird users get all future features free (mobile app, appointments, multi-user access, custom domain).

5. Payment Terms {#s5}

Subscriptions billed annually via PhonePe (UPI only). Auto-renewal unless canceled 7 days before renewal.

Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. No refunds after 30 days. Early bird 2-year: prorated refunds first 90 days only.

Token Fees: Optional commitment fee (₹50-200, your choice) adjusted against consultation. Platform fee (₹5-15) charged to patient for gateway/SMS costs.

6. Early Bird Guarantee {#s6}

Early bird pricing locked forever. All future features included at no extra charge. Benefits remain active if subscription is continuous (gaps under 30 days allowed). If you cancel and later re-subscribe, current pricing applies.

7. Your Responsibilities {#s7}

  • Provide accurate clinic info and keep licenses current
  • Comply with all laws (medical practice, data protection, consumer protection)
  • Remain solely responsible for medical care and clinical decisions
  • Maintain separate medical records as required by law
  • Use strong passwords, enable 2FA, protect account security

8. Acceptable Use {#s8}

Prohibited:

  • Violating laws, infringing IP, transmitting malware
  • Harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access attempts
  • Scraping data, reverse engineering software
  • Providing medical advice through platform (scheduling only)
  • Storing protected health information in Doctle
  • Using for emergency services or making false medical claims
  • Reselling services or competing with our business

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Data Ownership {#s9}

You own: Clinic info, patient appointment data, your analytics

You may: Export data anytime (CSV/JSON), request deletion (removed in 30 days)

Doctle owns: Platform software, branding, aggregated anonymized analytics

10. Service Changes {#s10}

We target 99.5% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add features, modify UI, or discontinue underused features (30-day notice for significant changes). Beta features provided "as is."

11. IP Rights {#s11}

All IP rights owned by ProductAccel. Limited license to use Doctle during subscription. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use our trademarks without permission.

12. Liability Limits {#s12}

LEGAL DISCLAIMER — READ CAREFULLY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Doctle provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are NOT liable for:

  • Medical malpractice or harm to patients from medical care
  • Data loss, missed appointments, scheduling errors, patient no-shows
  • Service interruptions, downtime, technical issues
  • Third-party failures (payment processor, SMS/WhatsApp delivery)
  • Financial losses, lost revenue, business interruption
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability limited to amount you paid in last 12 months or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.

13. Indemnification {#s13}

You indemnify ProductAccel from claims arising from: your use of Doctle, violation of Terms or laws, medical care you provide, content you publish, or disputes with patients.

14. Termination {#s14}

By you: Cancel anytime (access until end of billing period, no partial refunds)

By us: May suspend/terminate for Terms violations, payment failure (30 days), legal requirements, or 12+ months inactivity (7-day notice except serious violations)

Upon termination: Access revoked, profile removed, 30 days to export data, then permanent deletion

15. Disputes {#s15}

Governing Law: India. Jurisdiction: Chennai, Tamil Nadu courts

Contact support@doctle.in first for informal resolution. If unsuccessful, binding arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act 1996 in Chennai. Class action waiver applies.

16. Changes to Terms {#s16}

We may update Terms with 30-day email notice for material changes. Continued use = acceptance. Early bird pricing unaffected by billing changes.
